Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Our mission is to get your delivery made as quickly and safely as possible. If going to a residence and that person isn't available, we will attempt to leave with a neighbor or leave at the residence in a safe location, always weather permitting. At apartment complexes, we attempt to deliver to the apartment first, second choice is to leave in the office for the recipient to pick up later. We WILL contact both sender and recipient to notify them of this situation. We WILL contact the sender to receive permission to leave at a home, and we WILL contact the recipient to let them know where their delivery was left. We reach out by phone call and/or text message. If your delivery is going to a business, please provide the time you know that the recipient is leaving for the day so we can get it there before they leave for the day. We generally do not contact the recipient as we usually have no issues leaving a delivery at a work place, unless they are already gone for the day. In that case we reach out to the sender to decide how to move forward. Any information you feel is necessary that will help us, such as gate codes and time frames, is welcome. In the event you provide the incorrect delivery address, and we return to the shop with your delivery, we will charge an additional delivery fee.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged, with the intent of replacing the damaged product only . We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
If you are receiving a refund, all refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
