The arrangement was fantastic and my fiancé loved it! The only gripe I had with the experience was that I did have to wait 10-15 minutes in the store before the arrangement was ready. I set up the pickup to be from 8:30 - 9:30 AM and I got to the store around 9:00 and still had to wait. I won't dock them too much though as it is right after the store opens. Other than that though, I did enjoy the arrangement and there's a good chance I come back again!

Florist's Response:

Jacob, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear that your fiancé loved the arrangement, and it’s always our goal to make these moments truly special. We apologize for the wait when you came in; we understand that timely pickups are important, and we’ll make sure to refine our morning preparations to better meet those pickup windows. We’re grateful for your understanding, especially knowing it was early in the day. Thank you again, and we look forward to creating something beautiful for you in the future!

Great job!

I and my wife was very pleased with the arrangement. I've been using you all since my wife and i were dating back in 2012. This Aug 1 was our 10th yr anniversary. We still have somewhat of a long distance relationship. I'm back and forth from Lake Charles, La But every time I've ordered flowers they were delivered in a timely matter and great customer service. Thanks Glenn Brown Sr
