In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

University Flowers and Gifts is SOO easy to work with. They will also keep your card on file (if you wish) so that when you need a quick bereavement or congratulatory arrangement sent, you can literally pick up the phone, tell them what you want, how much you want to spend, and they will email you a receipt and a picture of the arrangement. Every person I have spoken to over the last 4-5 years (on the phone) has been incredibly competent, but mostly efficient and very friendly. They should get an extra star for customer service. Oh, and they also let you know when they delivered the arrangement with a front door picture.
