I ordered a plant for a funeral in Alabama, using the online feature. I made a few mistakes on my order and called University who corrected my mistakes IMMEDIATELY for me. They assured me things were going to be right and I even received emails showing me the changes. The beautiful plant was delivered and everything was correct. Thank you University Flowers for helping me out and providing an absolutely gorgeous plant for this sad occassion
