I had waited until the last minute to order an arrangement. I called and explained what I was looking for. The gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful (I’m sorry but I don’t remember his name). He helped me decide on flowers and type of arrangement. It was delivered on time, same day. I thought the flowers turned out great and most importantly, my wife was very happy with them.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
