Excellent is the word that comes to my mind. Thank you University Flowers for coming through at delivering flowers to my daughter for her birthday. It was a last minute call to order flowers and I was a bit worried the arrangement wouldn't arrive while she was home. Delivery was exceptional. She loved the flower arrangement. I would highly recommend using this service.

Was delivered early in the morning, but without the balloon. After I notified them of the mistake they quickly fixed the problem and added a little gift. Very responsive to emails which is very important to me.

We had ordered flowers online to be delivered to our daughter on her birthday. The night before delivery we received an email that the order couldn't be completed. Her birthday was the next day and I went online to some local florists. Most couldn't not get an order out the next day, but University Flowers did and the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you!
