3 March 2026University Flowers and Gifts is SOO easy to work with. They will also keep your card on file (if you wish) so that when you need a quick bereavement or congratulatory arrangement sent, you can literally pick up the phone, tell them what you want, how much you want to spend, and they will email you a receipt and a picture of the arrangement. Every person I have spoken to over the last 4-5 years (on the phone) has been incredibly competent, but mostly efficient and very friendly. They should get an extra star for customer service. Oh, and they also let you know when they delivered the arrangement with a front door picture.
