The basket did not have a handle in the photo I selected. I preferred it without. It went from classy to a little cheesy. The flowers themselves are gorgeous. The handle takes away from it.

University Flowers and Gifts is SOO easy to work with. They will also keep your card on file (if you wish) so that when you need a quick bereavement or congratulatory arrangement sent, you can literally pick up the phone, tell them what you want, how much you want to spend, and they will email you a receipt and a picture of the arrangement. Every person I have spoken to over the last 4-5 years (on the phone) has been incredibly competent, but mostly efficient and very friendly. They should get an extra star for customer service. Oh, and they also let you know when they delivered the arrangement with a front door picture.

We had a wonderful experience with University Flowers. It was last minute, and they took care of it and had the flowers delivered within a couple of hours. The roses were beautiful, and customer service was amazing.
